The lady with the forms and the checkbook, Roxann can also help with some questions. She is generally the first one on the phone, so when you hear “Baron Worldwide” just let her know who you are and who or what you need (and get to the point!!). Roxann is a foster mom for little babies. When you speak with her, she may be holding a baby in her arms (if you wonder what that cooing or crying noise is).
